Join us for the inaugural Empowering Girls Luncheon on Wednesday, May 13, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston, in collaboration with the Charleston Area Alliance.
This inspiring event will bring together business professionals, community leaders and advocates to highlight the importance of investing in the next generation of female leaders.
Featured speakers include Jan Rader, the first woman to reach the rank of chief for a career fire department in West Virginia, as well as Girl Scout Delegates Ellie Hoblitzell and Abigail Phillips, who represented the region at the United Nations 70th Annual Commission on the Status of Women in March.
From local leadership to global advocacy, the Empowering Girls Luncheon will showcase the impact of courageous leadership and the opportunities that arise when communities invest in girls.
