GirlFest 2025 IS HERE!
GirlFest has a two-part registration process! Please read the following information carefully!
You can pay toward the balance due for both Black Diamond Council and ACE balance due as often as you want.
Final payments are due to both Black Diamond Council and ACE no later than Wednesday, April 30th 2025.
The event price will include tent site rental, meals (5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 5 dinners), 3 half-day guided trips/activities, 4 days of waterpark admittance, Girl Scout program activities and evening functions, as well as miscellaneous event logistical support (e.g. First Aid and bus transportation from tent site up to waterpark area), etc.
Troops/Groups: Part 1 - A $25 non-refundable deposit per person towards the $125 total is required to be paid to Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council to hold your spot. This is the part of the registration part that you are completing on the Black Diamond Council website when registration opens on October 28, 2024.
Troops/Groups: Part 2 - ACE Adventure will reach out to your Troop/Group on or after November 11, 2025 to arrange up to three trips. Please have your trip selections ready, with an alternate trip chosen should one of your trips be sold out! A minimum of $75/person non-refundable deposit towards the $528 fee (more if you upgrade accommodations, less if you book fewer than three trips, etc.) is required by ACE Adventure Resort when they reach out to the troop/group leader to book your guided trips/activities, etc. Do not upgrade your lodging with ACE Adventure Resort until your spot for GirlFest 2025 has been confirmed- those deposits are not refundable! Do not call ACE Adventure to book your trips- their representatives will call you to book in the order you have registered!
Important to Know Before You Go
Troops/Groups are required to have the at least the minimum required adult to girl safety ratio specified in GSUSA's Safety Activity Checkpoints:
The adult-to-girl ratio for outings, activities, camping, and travel means a minimum of two registered, approved, adult volunteers who are unrelated, including one female, must be present for up to this number of girls: * 16 Girl Scout Juniors * 20 Girl Scout Cadettes * 24 Girl Scout Seniors * 24 Girl Scout Ambassadors.
With one extra registered, approved, adult volunteer for every additional: * 1-8 Girl Scout Juniors * 1-10 Girl Scout Cadettes * 1-12 Girl Scout Seniors * 1-12 Girl Scout Ambassadors
