Please read the following carefully prior to registering for GirlFest 2025!
iGirls/Juliettes/Single Scouts: A $25 non-refundable deposit per person towards the $703 total is required to be paid to Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council to hold your spot. This is the part of the registration part that you are completing on the Black Diamond Council website when registration opens on October 28, 2024. The remaining funds are to be paid to GSBDC no later than April 30, 2025. This allows us to group these Girl Scouts together for trips! iGirls/Juliettes/Single Scouts will camp and go on trips together as a group!
Important to Know Before You Go
- Please plan for your Girl Scout to attend the entire event. We are unable to issue refunds for partial event attendance.
- Does your Girl Scout need additional support or assistance? Please use the "Special Circumstances" box to share with us what we can do to make this day comfortable and enjoyable for your Girl Scout!
- All participants, girls and adults, will be required to have a physical exam and swim test before the event (official documentation and directions will be provided).
- New flex pay option from Girl Scouts of Black Diamond- Register for GirlFest2025 for only $25 up front! Make payments on your event as you are able to up until 11:59pm Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Once registered for this event, you are responsible for registration fees regardless as to whether you attend. All cancellation requests must be emailed to cate.phillips@bdgsc.org.
