Black Diamond Synergy brings together Girl Scout volunteers from every level to connect, grow, and celebrate the power of teamwork. Through interactive workshops, skill-building sessions, and real-world troop scenarios, participants gain practical tools to enhance communication, manage troop dynamics, and create memorable experiences for their girls. Attendees will also receive key information and training for the 2026 Cookie Program! Beyond learning, this conference will foster friendships and peer networks-because great volunteers thrive when they share ideas, swap stories, and have fun together. Whether you're new to leading or a seasoned mentor, this event recharges your enthusiasm and equips you to guide your Girl Scouts with confidence, creativity, and joy.

 

Conference, Activities and Lunch are $35

Friday night stay + Conference, Activities and Lunch are $45  

First Aid, CPR, GirlZone Stay, Conference, Activities and Lunch Saturday are $85

 

Workshop Descriptions: 

Outdoor Cooking and Fire Building: Join in on the outdoor fun! In this session, you'll learn the skills needed to safely prepare a fire and a camp treat.

Rallyhood-How to Maximize Your Communication: Learn how to use Rallyhood and receive tips on how to maximize communication with both the council, volunteers across the council, and your troop caregivers! 

Volunteer Learning Lab: In this session, you will walk through volunteer platforms, like the VTK and gsLearn, and participate in hands-on learning opportunities that you can take back to your troop!

Telling the Girl Scout Story: In this session, you'll discover tools for representing Girl Scouts in your community and beyond, whether speaking to the media, posting on social platforms, or engaging with families. Participants will learn what it means to be a brand ambassador and media girl and explore ways to shine a spotlight on the power of Girl Scouting.

  • Please plan to attend the entire event. We are unable to issue refunds for partial event attendance. If you are interested in attending Cookie Training ONLY, Please reach out to Denise Davis for registration at denise.davis@bdgsc.org.
  • Does you need additional support or assistance? Please use the "Special Circumstances" box to share with us what we can do to make this day comfortable and enjoyable for you!
  • This is NOT a drop off event! Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Staff and Volunteers will be on site but will not be responsible for the safety or oversight of children. Please plan for your Girl Scout to remain with a responsible adult.
  • New flex pay option from Girl Scouts of Black Diamond- Register for events with $0 up front! Make payments on your event as you are able to up until 11:59pm Friday, October 24, 2025. Once registered for this event, you are responsible for registration fees regardless as to whether you attend unless you cancel you no later than Monday, November 3, 2025 at 11:59pm.  All cancelation requests must be emailed to tricia.roblee@bdgsc.org
