The Leadership Collective is designed to bring together Girl Scout
volunteers from across the council for a meaningful experience focused
on leadership development, collaboration, and inspiration. This event
will provide opportunities for volunteers to connect, share best
practices, discover new resources, and strengthen the skills needed to
support thriving troops and service units. Whether you are a new
volunteer or a seasoned leader, The Leadership Collective celebrates
the essential role volunteers play in shaping the future of Girl
Scouting and building confident leaders in every community.

Timeless Treasures of Girl Scouts: Join us for an engaging session
celebrating the rich traditions of Girl Scouts! Discover meaningful
ways to incorporate ceremonies, songs, swaps, bridging activities, and
other timeless traditions into your troop experience to build
connection, pride, and lasting memories for girls of all ages.
Making Meetings Memorable: Looking to make troop meetings more
engaging, organized, and stress-free? This session will provide troop
leaders with practical tips, creative ideas, and helpful resources to
plan meaningful meetings that keep girls excited, involved, and coming
back for more.
New Faces, New Adventures: Welcoming new
girls and families into Girl Scouts sets the tone for a positive and
lasting experience. This session will explore strategies for creating
meaningful connections, building excitement, and helping new members
feel informed, included, and engaged from day one.
