Celebrate the outdoors with Girl Scouts at Pipestem State Park during this special Girl Scouts Love State Parks event! This flexible experience allows troops and families to choose their own adventure - register for the night and/or join us for the Saturday Day Camp program on September 12.
Overnight participants will camp beneath the stars in a beautiful natural setting at Pipestem State Park. Please note: immediate access to facilities is not available, and outdoor progression requirements should be met in order to participate in overnight camping. This experience is designed for Girl Scouts who are ready to embrace true outdoor living.
All overnight registrations automatically include acess to the Girl Scouts Love State Parks Day Camp activities on Saturday, September 12. These daytime programs feature hands-on outdoor adventures, conservation activities, trail exploration, team challenges, and classic Girl Scout traditions.
Additional adventure opportunities such as zip lining and horseback riding at Pipestem State Park are available but require separate registration and payment directly through their respective vendors and are not included in any registration through Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council. However, please stay tuned for more information on how to contact these vendors!
Whether Girl Scouts join us for the night or the day program, this event offers a powerful connection to nature, strengthens outdoor skills, and deepens appreciation for our state parks.

Important to Know Before You Go!
- Please plan for your Girl Scout to attend the entire event. We are unable to issue refunds for partial event attendance.
- Does your Girl Scout need additional support or assistance? Please use the "Special Circumstances" box to share with us what we can do to make this day comfortable and enjoyable for your Girl Scout!
- This is NOT a drop off event! Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Staff and Volunteers will be on site but will not be responsible for the safety or oversight of children in attendance.
- Please plan for your Girl Scout to attend with a responsible adult.
- New flex pay option from Girl Scouts of Black Diamond- Register for events with $0 up front! Make payments on your event as you are able to up until 11:59pm Friday, September 4th, 2026. Once registered for this event, you are responsible for registration fees regardless as to whether you attend unless you cancel you no later than Friday, September 4th, 2026 at 11:59pm. All cancelation requests must be emailed to julia.williams@bdgsc.org
