Join us for the Girl Scouts' Annual Meeting of Delegates, our council's most important governance gathering of the year. At this meeting, delegates from across the council come together to receive updates on our progress, review key initiatives and help shape the future of Girl Scouting in our community.
Whether you're a seasoned delegate or attending for the first time, your voice and participation are essential. We'll share highlights from the past year, introduce upcoming priorities and provide space for discussion, questions and connection with fellow Girl Scout leaders. Your registration also includes the Friday night reception where we host our silent and live auctions.
We look forward to your participation as we celebrate accomplishments, conduct official business and continue building a strong foundation for girls of courage, confidence and character.

Important to Know Before You Go
- Please plan for you and/or your Girl Scout to attend the entire event. We are unable to issue refunds for partial day attendance.
- Do you or your Girl Scout need additional support or assistance? Please use the "Special Circumstances" box to share with us what we can do to make this day comfortable and enjoyable!
- This is a not a drop off event! We will have Girl Scout Staff and Volunteers on hand to supervise and assist Girl Scouts however we do ask that all Girl Scouts attend with their Girl Scout Leader and/or Adult Girl Scout Member. We are unable to accommodate parents, siblings or friends who want to stay.
- New flex pay option from Girl Scouts of Black Diamond- Register for events with $0 up front! Make payments on your event as you are able to up until 11:59pm Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Once registered for this event, you are responsible for registration fees regardless as to whether you attend unless you cancel you no later than Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 11:59pm. All cancelation requests must be emailed to tricia.roblee@bdgsc.org
