Becky Pack

Adult Learning Manager
Becky Pack is the Adult Learning Manager for the Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council and is based out of a home office in Beckley, WV.  As a member of the council’s volunteerism team, Becky’s primary function at the council is to direct staff and volunteers in the cultivation and delivery of a Girl Scout adult volunteer learning system to support all adult volunteer positions within the organization. In addition, she oversees the quality control of the council’s adult learning system through trainee evaluations and girl outcome data.  Becky also recruits, trains and supports the volunteer positions of Regional Adult Education Coordinator and Adult Education Instructor.

Becky has a BA from Concord University in English, with a minor in Theater. She is currently working towards her Master’s Degree in Education from Marshall University. She has been in her current position with Black Diamond for four years, having worked three previous years as a membership executive. Becky has held a wide variety of jobs throughout her life, including owning two businesses and holding the position of Adjunct Professor of English for Concord University.

In her spare time, Becky enjoys golf, reading, cooking and video games, as well as spending time with her husband and two children.

Tiffany Bailey

Volunteer Experience Manager
Tiffany Bailey is the Volunteer Experience Manager for Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council and is based out of the council headquarters in Charleston, WV. Tiffany’s primary function at the council is to oversee the volunteer management system, including criminal background checks, applications, screenings, placement and evaluations.  Working with the Director of Volunteerism, she helps to recruit, train and support the volunteer position of Volunteer Experience Manager.

She has a BBA in Management Information Systems from Marshall University. She has been with the council since 2012. Prior to joining GSBDC, Tiffany worked with another local nonprofit.

In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys crafting, especially with her co-worker crafting group, PinPals.
