Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council serves 61 counties in West Virginia, Ohio, Virginia and Maryland. Our headquarters and main shop are in downtown Charleston, WV. We have a service center and shop in Wheeling, WV.

The Charleston Girl Scout Shop will be open the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, except January, July and August. It’s always a good idea to call ahead to verify shop hours before making a trip! 304-345-7722, 800-756-7616 or shop@bdgsc.org

Located in Downtown Charleston, the Council Service Center provides many of the behind-the-scenes support services needed for Girl Scouting, such as processing membership registration, event registration and training registrations.

  • Take I64-E toward Charleston
  • Take exit 58 B for US 119 N
  • Merge onto Pennsylvania N
  • Turn Left onto Randolph Street
  • Turn Left onto Delaware Avenue
  • Turn left onto Virginia Street West
  • The Volunteer & Resource Center will be on the right.
  • Parking is available on the street in front of the building, and in the lot directly across the road.

From Madison, Logan, Williamson and points along U.S. 119 in southern coalfields
  • Where U.S. 119 meets Interstate 64, use I-64 East toward Beckley.
  • Take exit 58 B for US 119 N
  • Merge onto Pennsylvania N
  • Turn Left onto Randolph Street
  • Turn Left onto Delaware Avenue
  • Turn left onto Virginia Street West
  • The Volunteer & Resource Center will be on the right.

From Gauley Bridge, Oak Hill, Beckley, Bluefield and all points along the West Virginia Turnpike
  • Take I-64 W (partial toll road)
  • Take exit 58C toward US-60/Washington St/Civic Center
  • Merge onto Bigley Avenue
  • Slight left onto Pennsylvania S
  • Turn right onto Randolph Street
  • Turn left onto Delaware Avenue
  • Turn left onto Virginia Street W
  • The Volunteer & Resource Center will be on the right.

From Parkersburg, Ripley, Sissonville and points due north of Charleston
  • Take I77S to Charleston
  • Take exit 101 for I64 W/US 119S toward Huntington

  • Slight left onto Pennsylvania S

Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council serves more than 15,000 girls each year in 61 counties in West Virginia, Ohio, Virginia and Maryland. The council has 13 regional offices for the convenience of volunteers and Girl Scout members.
