The Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) Coach is a local level volunteer position who is responsible for providing opportunities for group and individual support and communication to direct-service volunteers by pathway to ensure they have the necessary resources to provide high-quality program experiences to girls.
This position reports to their Regional Program Manager and assists by training and mentoring local and regional volunteers on the GSLE, Journeys, and Girl Scout curriculum. She or he will assist volunteers to ensure that Girl Scout programming will include the GSLE. The GSLE Coach receives support, guidance, and encouragement from the Girl Leadership Experience staff, The Director of Girl Leadership Experience, and pathway coordinators. She/he has access to relevant learning opportunities and materials that
prepare for and support this role.
