The 2025 Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Annual Meeting is April 5th, 2025 at the Charleston Marriott Town Center. Registration is open NOW through Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:59pm! Our Annual Meeting is a great way to engage in our movement's business and network with our Girl Scout family. Make new friends and visit with the old as we celebrate our council's accomplishments from the past year, elect key board positions, and highlight exceptional programs and experiences for our Girl Scouts.
Important to Know Before You Go
- Please plan for you and/or your Girl Scout to attend the entire event. We are unable to issue refunds for partial day attendance.
- Do you or your Girl Scout need additional support or assistance? Please use the "Special Circumstances" box to share with us what we can do to make this day comfortable and enjoyable!
- This is a not a drop off event! We will have Girl Scout Staff and Volunteers on hand to supervise and assist Girl Scouts however we do ask that all Girl Scouts attend with their Girl Scout Leader and/or Adult Girl Scout Member. We are unable to accommodate parents, siblings or friends who want to stay.
- New flex pay option from Girl Scouts of Black Diamond- Register for events with $0 up front! Make payments on your event as you are able to up until 11:59pm Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Once registered for this event, you are responsible for registration fees regardless as to whether you attend unless you cancel you no later than Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 11:59pm. All cancelation requests must be emailed to cate.phillips@bdgsc.org.
