Join Girl Scouts of Black Diamond as we travel to Mason, Ohio to take part in more than seven million lights, dazzling entertainment, jolly good activities, festive attractions, holiday shopping, delicious seasonal treats and winter magic at King's Island Winterfest 2024!
Meet us there! Load up the car and hit the road, meeting your Girl Scout sisters at the main entrance to King's Island to get this party started! This option is open to any registered Girl Scout and friends and family members of Girl Scouts! This option includes admission to Winterfest, one refillable mug, one dining meal ticket and a GSBDC + Winterfest sweatshirt, only available for this event and is priced at $94 for Girl Scout Members and $99 for non-members, family and friends.
Important to Know Before You Go
- We do realize not everyone will be out for Winter Break on this date. Girl Scouts of Black Diamond will provide a school excuse for those who will miss school to attend. Please understand it is up to the school your Girl Scout attends as to whether they will excuse this day or not. Girl Scouts of Black Diamond is working with school officials to find a solution to this.
- We will meet at the main entrance to King's Island at approx. 4:30pm to distribute tickets, vouchers and sweatshirts.
- This is NOT a drop off event! We will have Girl Scout Staff and Volunteers on hand to supervise and assist Girl Scouts, however your Girl Scout will need to attend this event with a trusted adult.
- Does your Girl Scout need additional support or assistance? Please use the "Special Circumstances" box to share with us what we can do to make this day comfortable and enjoyable for your Girl Scout!
- Please plan for your Girl Scout to attend the entire event. We are unable to issue refunds for partial day attendance.
- New flex pay option from Girl Scouts of Black Diamond- Register for this event for only $25 up front! This deposit is non-refundable! Make payments on your event as you are able to up until 11:59pm Friday, December 6, 2024. Once registered for this event, you are responsible for event fees. Any cancelation requests must be emailed to cate.phillips@bdgsc.org. Deposits are non-refundable!
