The purpose of the program is to give girls the experience of caring for a young infant as if they were parents. The Baby Think It Over™ Lock-In Guide provides suggestions for Leaders and Event Planners when checking out the Baby Think It Over™ dolls. The guide was created as a sleepover or lock-in format with activities designed to meet the needs of Junior, Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts. The guide contains games and activities that girls can complete to further deliver the message of “Baby, Think It Over”. The night begins with the fun and excitement of getting a “baby” but results in girls learning that a baby is a big responsibility. Activities include swaps with baby themes, the buck stops here game, as well as games to played during the “baby shower”.
