Purpose
Participating in the annual cookie sale, gives Girl Scouts the opportunity to develop to their full potential by demonstrating such skills as goal setting, marketing and budgeting.  Girls will also learn to work as part of a group, gain interpersonal skills and develop a sense of achievement. 

What's new in 2008
Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council will “Make it A Hit” this cookie season, and are putting Girls in the Spotlight! Girls learn that through teamwork, goal setting, imagination, commitment, rehearsal and leadership that hits don’t just happen, they’re Made!   

This year we have three new cookies! Sugar Free Chocolate Chips, are loaded with chocolate chips and all of the taste with none of the sugar! Second is Lemon Chalet Creams! It’s uniquely designed to feature Our Chalet. It is a delicious vanilla sandwich with a lemon cream filling and a hint of cinnamon-ginger spice. Our third All Abouts! Not new to us but with a bran new message! They have a new shape with the same vanilla cookie and fudge coating on the bottom. All Abouts celebrate what Girl Scouting is all about….building girls of courage, confidence and character. All 8 varieties of cookies are 0g Trans Fat per serving! Click here to view all varieties
