Application for Troop Trip/Camping

Before the troop trip, appropriate paperwork must be subtmitted to GSBDC for approval of the trip at least four weeks in advance.  The Application for Troop Trip/Camping form should be used for all troop trips more than 200 miles round trip AND all troop camping on a site not owned by GSBDC.

To submit your Troop Tripping/Camping Application online, please choose the appropriate form to use below:

  • For trips that cost less than $50 per person, please click here.
  • For trips that cost more than $50 per person, please click here.
  • For all camping trips, please click here.
