Application for Troop Trip/Camping
For trips that cost less than $50 per person

Before the troop trip or camping activity, please complete the following application for approval at least four weeks before the planned trip or camping activity.  This form should be used for all troop trips more than 200 miles round trip AND all troop camping on a site not owned by GSBDC. 

Note: If private vehicles are being used, all cars and drivers must comply with state laws.  If chartered vehicles are being used, a copy of their insurance liability needs to be on file with GSBDC.  If rented vehicles are being used, a copy of the contract needs to be on file with GSBDC.  We strongly encourage purchasing the additional insurance provided by the renting company.
