Application to Participate in Community Event

This application should be submitted each time a troop wishes to participate in a community activity. The form should be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of the activity. Submit to your Service Unit Administrator or Field Executive for approval. This is to be used for activities such as parades, festivals, community service events. If the activity is more than 200 miles round trip or involves camping on a site not owned by GSBDC, an Application for Troop Trip or Camping should be submitted instead of this form.
