A Look Back: Reflecting on Your Year
Please complete by June 1st.

This form must be submitted for you to be considered for reappointment as a troop leader next year.  When submitting this form electronically, a copy will automatically be sent to your Field Executive.  Completion of "A Look Back" automatically submits your troop for the Diamond Award, the highest award a troop can earn in Black Diamond Council.  If you meet requirements and would like to purchase additional Diamond Award patches for your troop, please send in a check, made payable to GSBDC, for the number of patches needed along at $.55 per patch.  Please indicate your name, troop number, address, and the number of patches needed, as well as the words "Diamond Award" on your order. 

In order to provide the best program possible for the girls, leaders are asked to provide information each year about how they feel their year has gone and whether they feel they have the tools they need to ground troop work in the four program goals, the heart of Girl Scouting.  Please answer the following questions.  Once completed, please mail your troop's most recent checking or saving account to GSBDC, PO Box 507, Charleston, WV 25322 (along with your order for Diamond Award patches if desired).
