As Girl Scouts we strive to ‘help people at all times’ and ‘make the world a better place. The Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council Community Service Project empowers Girls Scouts to make their world a better place by giving back. Community service is an important element of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and girls are given opportunities to work as individuals or as a member of a troop or group.

Troop 1006 keeps busy by doing many service projects throughout the year.  They have donated to flood victims, made blankets for the dogs at the local dog shelter, planted flowers at our county fair grounds.  These girls are on a mission to help people at all times!
