Becoming a Volunteer
There are many ways that you can volunteer your time and skills at Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council. You can volunteer around your schedule: once a week, once a month, or once a year. Your level of participation is up to you. Let us work with you to create a volunteer position that best fits your time, talents, and special skills. Your time helps build a strong and successful Girl Scouts.
Special Project Volunteer Opportunity
I could:
- Be first aid/CPR insturctor for adults
- Be a sports coach or instructor
- Teach a specialized skill to girls and/or adults
- Manage a cookie sale
- Be a Girl Scout Gold Award advisor
I would like to:
Work on a special committee
- Girl Scout history and archives
- Outdoor event planning
- Trip planning
- Product sales (cookies)
I might like to try:
- Planning and conducting a big event
- Directing a day camp
- Directing a sports camp
- Conducting a fund development event
One-Time Volunteer Opportunity

- An event planner for girls
- A helper at a day camp
- Teach music
- Teach a craft or skill
