Super Saturday

Don't miss the opportunity to receive all the information you need to lead a troop...in one day!  Super Saturdays are designed to provide you with all of the training you need to get started in one convenient location.  Come enjoy a day of learning, laughter, and leadership skills that are sure to prepare you to be the best that you can be.  Pack a bag lunch and bring some snacks to share.  Each Saturday session will offer Program Leadership Training and Advising Girls 11-17 as well as a supplemental Songs, Games, and Ceremonies workshop.  Registrations must be received two weeks prior to the Saturday session you wish to attend.

Self-Study

Safety-Wise

Safety-Wise is a vital part of all Girl Scout troops/groups.  It gives leaders and other volunteers important safety information and guidlines to use when working with their girls.  Our Safety-Wise self-study allows volunteers the luxury of completing their training when it is convenient for them.  Click here to download the Safety-Wise self-study.

Age-Level Self-Study

Age-Level Self-Studies are for volunteers who have:

  1. been a leader/advisor or assistant leader/advisor for at least one year
  2. completed Basic Orientation
  3. completed Basic Leadership training
  4. completed one age-level training

Have you successfully completed steps 1-4?  If you answered yes, a self-study is for you! The self-studies are convenient since they can be completed in your own place and at your own pace.  The self-study is not a short cut to learning, it will take several hours to complete, so be sure to allow enough time for completion.  You will also need time to work with troops/groups and leaders to complete portions of the self-study.
