Me, a Girl Scout Volunteer? Absolutely!

Girl Scout volunteers come from all walks of life. Some are stay-at-home or working moms and dads who want more quality time with their daughters. Many are grandparents or retirees. Others are professional women or college students who may not have daughters, yet know the value of the Girl Scout experience.

Whatever your background, whatever your interest, whatever commitment your schedule permits, Girl Scouts of Black Diamond needs your experience and energy to serve the increasing number of girls who are or want to be Girl Scouts.

All volunteers receive basic training for their position through adult learning opportunities and are required to complete any additional training designated as mandatory for the position. Training ensures that each volunteer has the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in her or his work. Check out the latest Connecting Pathways for a current list of volunteer learning opportunities available.
